The Ergo tray is an organizer, the logical foundation of which is ergonomics. Similar existing organizers made to hold small items had tight corners and vertical walls, so when objects were grasped they were pushed into a corner and hard to pinch. The curvature of the Ergo tray matches the human fingertip, avoiding this problem. In addition to the curves, broadly beveled walls also cater to ergonomics.

The contours are ambiguous enough to hold a range of items. Anything between a pea and a grapefruit fits well in the circular impressions. An elongated cavity exists for lengthy items. By brushing the aluminum with a scouring pad and applying oil or wax, the finish is as good as new.
